Tomorrow will be two weeks since the ridiculously massive migraine. I did one blog when I could manage to eat two meals several days after the migraine. Sadly that was not the end of the eating drama.
I have a moody gallbladder. No, I’m not going back to the doctor again. I have accepted that I won’t actually get help until it is defective to the point of emergency. Being proactive with moderate gall-moodiness is not medically appreciated.
I have been taking my gallbladder vitamins, papaya, apple cider vinegar, and ibuprofen. I’ve been (overall) trying to eat lightly and mildly. And there seemed to be no further improvement.
For days, maybe weeks, I’ve had the thought that I need to get out my tummy oil wrap. I know that thought was God inspired. After I washed the wrap last time, I put it in a new location. I wasn’t sure where it was. And I didn’t feel like finding it!!
Except yesterday/last night were getting worse. So I found the wrap. I put extra oil on the wrap. And I woke up noticeably improved!! Not 100% yet, but definitely moving in that direction!
Tonight I am thankful for finally doing my oil, tummy wrap! I should have dug it out and done this week’s ago!! But, I’ve got it now, so I am thankful.
