For a few weeks now I’ve been meaning to buy dirt. Yes, bags of dirt.
My wonderful and adorable doggie dug three giant holes right outside the front steps. The front steps are mostly for the dogs. So I wasn’t super concerned. But then, one of the doggies was running to come inside and fell in the hole!! So, that moved it up on the list of things to-do.
This evening, my kiddo wanted to earn extra money. We have the snow coming down. I had forgotten about the dirt. I checked door dash. And, what do you know; they deliver dirt! $2.98 per bag plus a small fee and the dirt was at my door in 40 minutes while I worked here!! (I do have the Dash Pass because this is a service that is worth it to me!) 🙂
Tonight I am thankful for a teenager looking for work, a door dash delivery driver with a truck, and Lowes still having bags of dirt! No doggies will be falling in frozen holes at this house! 🙂
