Day 1 of New Routine:
Turned alarm off in my sleep.
Woke up an hour later than planned.
Decided not to let it get me down. Exercised lightly anyway.
Afternoon:
Left later than planned for appointment.
BUT, made healthy food to eat first! So I wouldn’t get food while I was out.
Got back and had more healthy food.
Evening:
Had a little less healthy food. But, decided not to let it get me down!
Entered all food in to MyFitness Pal. Honesty with myself is good.
Overall, not bad macros for the first day.
Work:
Staying up later than planned to get a little more done.
I need to get back in to a better routine to move work along. So tonight was intentionally more prep to make things flow better later. It is good.
Tonight I am thankful that although today didn’t go to my top expectation; it still went well. I am saying it was a solid B+ day. And I’ll take that! No guilt. Just, trying my best again tomorrow! Good night all!
