Ya’ll are getting tired of hearing these posts by now, aren’t you? Well, here’s the thing; this blog is to keep me thankful. And the best way to do that sometimes is to find gratitude in situations that I don’t like. So, this blog saga will continue until the thankful blog is up that all is well and normal!!!
So, because I want to, I am still blaming Geebes, the gall bladder. I know Geebes is long gone by now. But, he started this!!!! So, it is his fault!! See, I like this better because then all the remaining parts of my body are innocent and Geebes takes the blame!! (Also I may have changed the name. I don’t remember if I named my gallbladder Geebes or Geeves. Irrelevant, it’s his fault!)
Yesterday was a pretty good day! Today was another step backwards. Urgh!! Frustrating!! I don’t know why yet. I have been going over what I did differently today, yesterday, and the day before. Last night I did eat an excessive amount of Little Debbie Pumpkin Delights. Seriously those things are delicious. They didn’t make me feel like vomiting while eating them, so I thought I was good. Most food doesn’t even sound good right now. I wasn’t this bad thru four pregnancies!!
So, today I have eaten an english muffin, cheerios, a turkey p3, pringles, and yes, two pumpkin delights. I will not be allowing any more pumpkin delights in to the house, as I apparently have zero self control around them. BUT, I have also taken papaya (aids in digestion), acetaminophen only (no ibuprofen or aspirin), did some resting, and drank lots & lots of water. I have my castor oil tummy wrap on. And I have my diffuser with essential oils going beside me. This WILL improve!!
Tonight I am thankful for being able to rest today and the other healthy things I’ve done today. I am not going to rest tomorrow. I have a day of fun planned and I intend on doing it!! I will drink lots and lots of water tomorrow with my day of fun, except for in the morning. I’ll be walking the Mackinaw Bridge. It is five miles and the potties are only at the start and finish of the bridge. No middle of the bridge potties!!
