Oh, I’m so late tonight. I was driving home thinking how I need to keep these better sleep hours I was doing, then I started reading to “unwind”.
It is obvious that I am not to be trusted with night time reading. So, I have no choice but to implement phase 2 on myself. I will now be setting “go to sleep” alarms. I can get this! I can do this!
Tonight I am thankful that each day/night brings a new chance to get this right! I will get this right! Maybe even tomorrow!
