Today’s work was 85% for Time 414. Maybe 7% Gold Star Appraisals. And 8% Ethos Real Estate West. And I have to tell you, I liked it!!!
As Time 414 grows, there’ll be more and more days like this. I enjoy this work immensely. I like the creative part and the non creative part. I love mixing them! And I love how much this work helps others!

I can absolutely not be creative with Gold Star Appraisals. There are state laws that absolutely prohibit any amount of creativity with real estate appraisals! That has been ok for the past 20 years. The kiddos have been here and they have gotten my creativity. So work is just work.
Tonight I am thankful that, within the next year, the work that I do will be 85% Time 414 and 15% Ethos Real Estate West. I love inching closer and closer to this goal!!
