I am now at 51 hours of fasting. So far so good! I do really believe this will be good for my body! I have tried for months to straighten things out with diet, rest, etc. And things just keep short circuiting.

I had made the decision to do a multi day fast a little over a week ago. Last week I did a two day fast for a warm up. My body did respond well to that. Since then I’ve been mentally preparing for a multi-day fast. I do have a goal in my mind for how long. But, it is a very moveable goal depending on how my body is doing. So far so good!

Tonight I am thankful that I’m doing so well with this. I am really hoping this works like pushing a reset button on myself! Happy H2o everyone!
