I’ve been trying something new.  I don’t remember if I talked about it on here or not.  But, I started the V Shred exercise and eating program a few weeks ago. 

It’s crazy that most days I am not eating enough calories, not enough protein, too many carbs, and pretty good with grams of fat.  The macros change every day, which I am liking more than I thought I would.  And soon, I’ll have it figured out to stay more on target.

I am liking the daily work-outs.  They are a pain in the butt, but effective and time efficient, so they are good! The work outs are hard to do the morning after a ninja practice!!  Tonight I had competition practice for ninja.  And tomorrow is a regular practice!  I anticipate being a little sore by the end of Tuesday!!

Tonight I am thankful for health.  I am thankful for where I  now and where I will be in the weeks and months to come!  I will be healthier!  I am excited for this!
