I may not be able to move my arms tomorrow.

This office renovation project has shown me one thing for sure; I am not in as good of shape as I thought I was!!

I don’t think the actual movements of hanging the insulation today was the big arm stress factor.  I think it was the staple gun.  And my paranoia that the insulation was going to fall later, so I pelted those lines with probably 10x more staples than what would truly be necessary.

Tonight I am thankful that the insulation is hung!!  There are a few spots that are waiting for more mechanical stuff to be done.  But for the most part, it is done!  I am crossing it off my to-do list!  Check!

P.S.  here is a lovely photo of my assistant today.  She refused to wear a mask or gloves . . I guess she likes insulation!
