Good News!

I received some very good news today! I was supposed to wait until someone called me. But I was very impatient. So I called this morning.

And it was shared with me that I did not break my hand! I don’t know the extent of the damage that I did in my hand. And I don’t know if I care to know. I don’t plan on going in for anymore tests at this time. I’m just happy to know there are NOT little pieces of bone stabbing the inside of my hand!

It still is quite painful to use my hand. And I’ll be using this brace for some time. I am very happy it is not broken!

Necessity is indeed the mother of invention. Due to this little incident, I have given the Dragon voice recognition software a second chance. And that seems to be going well. I have also picked out a dash cam that can take still-shots. A lot of people may not know that appraisers do need to take pictures of houses from the street that they use in their reports as comparable sales and listings. I cannot hold my phone up with my right hand to take pictures right now. So I had to see what else was out there. I did find a well rated dash-cam that can take still shots. I’m picking it up tomorrow morning before my appointments!

Tonight I am thankful for a lot of things! I am thankful for new technology that will help out not just right now, but also in the future. And I sure am thankful for prayers! I believe my hand could have easily been broken. And I am very thankful that it is not!
