Unfortunately, I am a very picky eater. And that goes for beverages as well. I like water, milk, and pop. Every once in awhile I’ll have a lemonade. And that’s it.
Well pop is bad for me. So, for some time I’ve been making my own with SodaStream. I’ve been in denial for a 2 to 3 months that the SodaStream has been upsetting my tummy. But, I have finally admitted it.
Ugh. So, if I want to eat/drink low carb; I can have water. That’s it now. That Sucks! I can stand coffee if I make it weak. But, bleh.
Tonight I am thankful for a good run with the SodaStream. I need to research how people made pop back before it became so processed; and then I need to make my own! Look at me, already making goals for 2022! Because, seriously, I don’t want to put too many more on for this year!
