Today was a good, but busy day. It has been several months now that I have been having Monday morning meetings for various things as a regular part of my schedule.
I know there are books and books on good meetings.
In my limited experience, I think one of the things that makes a good meeting is actually doing the things that are discussed in the meeting! I’m working on getting better at that! We have these great meetings, and I jot down some notes. And then I move on to the next thing.
Tonight I am thankful for the realization that I should probably clear more of my Monday work-day to have time to do the things after the meeting that we talk about in the meetings! I think this would be a good new work flow model! Next Monday already has things on the calendar. But in two Mondays, this new plan will be in action!
