End of an Era

Tonight was a celebration for the seniors in our Girl Scout group that graduated. One of those girls happened to be my daughter.

For 12 years, she was in Girl Scouts. There were so many wonderful memories made!

I remember when she first signed up, I thought, well we’ll give it a try. There are some things that we tried with the kiddos over the years that just weren’t right. This one though . . . this Girl Scout troop was definitely a right thing! There were two wonderful leaders thru the course of this troop. This troop was so blessed to have wonderful women who truly cared about the girls and making the most of their times.

Tonight I am thankful for my daughter’s time in a very special Girl Scout troop! ❤ This was one of those things in life that you couldn’t have made a plan to turn out so wonderfully . . it just did ❤
