The kiddos and I hopped in the car and drove to Dollar General for snacks tonight. We had snacks at home. We didn’t need to go. But we decided to go anyway.
Two kiddos bought things with their own money on top of the snacks. (Proud Momma when they budget and use their own money). I sat in the car. We joked that I was their Uber driver. No one tipped me!!! The nerve!
Tonight is simple. I am thankful for little trips with the kiddos to get snacks. Sometimes I stop for a minute and reflect how this time is fleeting. I will soak up every second. ❤
