Remain Calm

Do you ever find yourself faced with a crappy person and you really want to give them crap back?

That was me today.

And I remained calm. I stood my ground, but did not engage in the pettiness. I was tempted! Oh was I tempted! But I took a deep breath and answered politely.

Tonight I am thankful for keeping my cool today. As a friend of mine says, “breathe out Satan and breathe in Jesus.”. I did that today. I’m proud of me . . I’ve been less restrained in a few conversations lately. But, today I did good 🙂
