Today was our first ever time going to a Ninja competition in person! American Ninja Warrior has been a favored show in our household for years. I now the have the 2nd kiddo of the house taking ninja classes. And today was our first ever competition.
It was such a good experience! First though, I do wish I had brought a snack or a drink. It took a bit longer than I had expected. Aside from that, this group of people is so encouraging! The parents were encouraging. The different gym people there were encouraging. And the kids were all encouraging! It was just a very positive atmosphere!
Most of all though, tonight I am thankful for my kiddo being brave enough to go try something new. It wasn’t that this was just our first time witnessing a ninja competition, my kiddo participated ❤ He did great. And I am so proud!!
