I think I need to add a nap time to the day. Doesn’t that sound great? 🙂

I remember hearing once that an afternoon siesta actually had some good science behind it. And I believe I need to re-acquaint myself to this practice!

Tonight I am thankful for the days that there is time for a nap! 🙂 Today was not one of those days. But, maybe soon! 🙂 I will also be thankful for an early bedtime! That will be a today thing for sure! 🙂
