Well, it was bound to happen. Real Estate Appraiser , then Real Estate Salesperson, then Real Estate Investor, then Real Estate Broker. And now, Real Estate Builder! Yes folks, look at this home that I built just this morning!
Now, I couldn’t have done this without the framers who had this kind of pre-fabed for me. The painters did a marvelous job. This is more of a basic build, so no mechanicals . . really old-fashioned ya know. It is just a one bedroom. The owner didn’t want any room to entertain. Nothing wrong with that!
Tonight I am thankful for my first home build being a success! The new home owner is extremely happy with the results! I have no doubt that the referrals will be pouring in the more the word spreads of my talent!
