We took the rental car back this morning. I was getting used to the friendly black Dodge.

Last week when I called and extended the rental I am fairly sure that I had extended thru today. Now, I’m wondering how I phrased it exactly. Maybe saying “thru” to a certain day means something different in the southern states?

Anyway, we went to turn the car in and they said we were early. So I got a little over $50 back! I wasn’t expecting that!

Tonight I am thankful for this rental car! It did great last week finishing up our trip and taking us back home. And it has done great this week while we got a new car to replace the damaged car we left in South Carolina! And it was $50ish cheaper than planned!
