Saturday mornings are Mediocre Coffee mornings. From 7am to 10am I run the coffee shop. This isn’t my favorite thing to do. I guess I can let the cat out of the bag now that we made the coffee shop and run just to keep a grandfathered zoning on the property 🙂
I don’t care to be in Jackson at 7am on my Saturdays.
But, I can tell you what I’ve learned to appreciate! This morning in particular, the sunshine peeking over the horizon was pretty! I also am truly appreciating the quiet of these mornings! It is peaceful!
Tonight I am thankful for my now quiet Saturday mornings while making coffee and being all mediocre at Mediocre Coffee. 🙂
