Big goals – yes. Audacious goals – definitely. Hairy??? Well, I don’t know if I’d ever describe my goals as hairy . . . but, I digress 😆
I’ve had a goal rolling around in my head for a few days. Today I put it on paper. I did a TikTok for Time414 about making SMART goals for 2026 . . and my goal seemed like the perfect example. Although, I was still a bit on the fence about the goal.
Honestly, I should do the goal. It would be good to do the goal. And I can do the goal. I’m still hyping myself up to want to do the goal. Which is a bit why I put it in the video. Now it is documented! Now I am pushing myself to continue on with this obviously good idea that I just didn’t want to commit to.
So without further ado, a 2026 goal for me . . drumroll please . . . I am going to work out every single day in 2026. Yes people, that is 365 workouts. I am putting a minimum of 5 minutes – and that will be the horribly bare minimum like if I have the flu or something. I can do it! It is good to do this! And I will do this!
Tonight I am thankful for deciding on a good goal that I just wanted to be a little whiny about. This will be good! I have no doubt!
