I had sent the kiddos out yesterday to prepare the animals for the intense cold. We went over a plan of what they should do. They gave me a report of what they did. But I had not actually checked on their work.
Today I went outside to find all the animals doing good! The kiddos did an excellent job! Everyone was warm and happy. Even the absolutely crazy ducks . . who were out playing in the snow! As soon as they choose to go back in to the barn, they had plenty of straw waiting for them!
Tonight I am thankful that the animals are all doing good in the cold weather!
P.S. I, myself, have decided to try to be a bear and hibernate! And apparently I need glasses when I’m a bear? The filter deemed it necessary, so I’ll roll with it!
