I’d been waiting. Last year I read about this forest walk way thru the trees. I think it opened late last year possible. I don’t remember.
The kids and I go certain places without the hubster. For instance, the zoo. He is allergic to a lot of animals. The kids and I are not. We go to the zoo without him. I asked if he wanted to come to this new forest park. He did. So we’ve waited and planned a time to go with him.
Today was the day!
Today I am thankful for our time at the Whiting Fores of Dow Gardens! It was fun! We went thru the forest. We walked thru the gardens. We had a great time! Oh! And on the way home we stopped at Charlie’s Bar and Grill and got my favorite Pepper Jack Cheese Balls!! *sigh* It was great!
