Improvement

My mantra to myself today.

Here’s what I have learned, when the doctor says take the medicine for three days because your body is still fighting the allergic reaction; they meant it.  On the movies it is so different!  A person swells up, they get a shot, and Bam, they are all better!  That is totally what I was hoping for.  I thought the three day thing was one of those super cautious things.

Tonight I am thankful that tomorrow is day three.  After tomorrow I should be all better, right?  Right?!?  Nah, I won’t complain.

Tonight I am thankful that today was better than yesterday.  I am thankful that yesterday was the day before.  And I am thankful that tomorrow will be better than today!  I’ll take improvement.  Improvement is good!
