Alive

Today was the demolition day for the barn! The number one concern was for our scaredy barn cats. The more friendly barn cats stay by the back door and in the garage. The more scared barn cats like the old barn.

I re-arranged my schedule to be here. I wanted to be able to make sure the kitties were out. Fortunately the guy started with clearing the brush around the barn and the noise scared out the kitties.

During the demolition, one scared and confused kitty ran in to the barn!!! Fortunately the kitty wised up and ran back out after a minute.

Tonight I am thankful that all the kitties are alive and well after the barn demolition!!! Now they are playing in the rubble . . . but I’m sure they’ll run right out of the rubble when the clean up begins tomorrow!
