We are not even two weeks in to 2021. Only 12 days. I haven’t been keeping exact records. But, I believe that at least 10 of these 12 days have had at least 7 hours of sleep per night! Yay!!
One of the nights I slept 5 or 6 hours. I do not function well on 5 or 6 hours of sleep. It is sooooo counter-productive to sleep less, to wake up and get stuff done . . . and be so tired that I don’t get stuff done! I get tired and work slower or have the attention span of a fruit fly.
So I don’t know if one would call it a resolution per say . . . or just an over-all life goal to sleep enough. I mean, I’ve strived towards more sleep for some time now. Regardless, I am very proud of myself for setting my alarm at a reasonable time!!
Tonight I am thankful for sleep! I still hope to sleep more than I’m doing. But, it is definitely a step in the right direction!! I hope to sleep as well as this guy here! 🙂 Yes, that is a cheeseburger bite that we put in front of his nose. And he slept right thru the sniffy-smell of the food! 🙂
