This guy here . . I blurred out his face because it would be rude to put him online without his consent. And I don’t remember names for anything. But, this guy was the captain on our boat today.
When people get hooked up to go parasailing, they have to adjust for differences in weight. The assistant to the captain appeared to be fairly new. The captain was double checking things.
The captain asked what the weight difference was between my boys. I told him their weight difference. Then, this dear captain asked who was heavier, my oldest son or I!!! I have over 50 pounds on this child! But, wow, that was flattering!
Tonight I am thankful for a (possibly nearsighted) captain who thinks that my weight is in comparison to my teenage son! That made my fun afternoon even better!
