Remote

Yesterday my parent’s computer died. It sounded like quite a dramatic end to the computer with metal screeching and clunking until it all stopped.

Today I helped them pick out a new computer.

After getting the new computer home it needed to be set up. That can prove to be quite difficult sometimes. Enter RemotePC! They got it installed, and I got in to the computer from miles away.

I told them to give me a half hour, and they were ready to go! Factory installed stuff that they didn’t want was gone. And all their favorites were set up where they wanted them!

Tonight I am thankful for RemotePC! It makes helping people with computer problems so much easier and efficient!!
