Working

I knew tonight was going to be difficult! It’s been a week and a half since I’ve been at Ninja. Before that I had been off for almost two weeks . . maybe it was two weeks. I don’t remember.

I do a little here and there. But I don’t work as hard outside of Ninja as I do at Ninja! This past weekend I did a lot of painting. Up and down, holding the can while I painted, squatting down, and finally giving up and sitting on the floor. While I was up, I did try to get some muscles working. And the radio was on, so I did some dancing! But, it wasn’t the same.

Tonight I am thankful for a good work-out tonight at Ninja class! My kiddo was home sick, and I’ll admit it was a little different going there without him! We’ll be back on Wednesday to work up a sweat! 🙂
