I want to take a little minute to be proud of myself. I set out this week to intentionally work out three mornings AND to keep a good Intermittent Fasting every day AND stay low carb. I am happy to report that I did it!!
I almost fell off the wagon on Day 1. I was out and about and got a call about some paperwork to be done over lunch. Lunch . . out . . at a restaurant. But, I ordered something healthy!
I almost fell off the wagon a few nights. When I stay up late working, I want to munch. I’ve noticed this horrible snacking trend several years ago. But, sometimes I have to stay up and work to get the work done. This week, when I’ve stayed up working, I’ve drunk water after water after water.
I almost fell off the wagon Wednesday morning. The absolute last thing I wanted to do was go exercise. This morning was easier. I was already laying there awake, so it was easier to get up. Wednesday was hard. But I did it.
Tonight I am thankful for the first Monday thru Friday of intentionally being healthy and better to my body! This trend will continue!
