Sitting here on my desk is a mouth-guard to go back to the store. The boy-child needed a special mouth-guard for wrestling that would accommodate his new, shiny braces. When we were out this past weekend to get his headgear, we picked up a mouth-guard too.
My son said he was sure the orthodontist said that they have mouth-guards there. But, I wanted to be all set. I did not want to be running out to the sporting good store on a Tuesday night to get a special mouth-guard.
I am happy to report that the boy was right!! The orthodontist gives their patients free mouth-guards made for braces! So the $25 mouth-guard goes back to the store!!
Tonight I am thankful for the orthodontist taking great care of their patients!!!
