Moments

I have favorite spots around mid-Michigan that I like to stop at for a few moments of piece and quiet.  Today I got to stop by this gem.

I had a few extra minutes in between my afternoon appointments.  So I enjoyed my lunch listening to the water.  It was a great time to just breathe for a few minutes.

The lake was very happy while I was there today.  There was still some light rain happening.  The lake was dancing and rushing around; all excited to add to it’s water collection, I assume.  It is always mesmerizing to watch and heaven to listen to.

Today I am thankful for a good day filled with great things and sprinkled with a few moments to let my soul rest.
