Today I needed help.  I needed suggestions.  I needed insight.

Today I asked for help.  And a kind and caring friend offered insight.  She opened her heart and shared personal experiences and personal struggles.

Today I am thankful for an open and kind friend who shared with me today.  She gave me reassurance and hope and the start of a plan.  I needed that ❤
