Change

Change is hard.

With some trusted advisors, I’ve been working on some changes for my businesses this year. It is always good to be working towards better ways of doing things! There is one big change that I’ve been putting off in my appraisal business.

I used our vacation as a reset time. This was a good plan. It was great to come back in this week all refreshed to tackle these new things! But, whew! It is kicking my booty!

Tonight I am thankful that all is going well so far this week for ditching papers in my appraisal business and going all digital! I’ve slowly been using less and less papers over the years. And now, I’m going in to houses with my tablet and my laser. And that is all! It is a learning curve . . but already it is proving to be much more efficient!
