A few days ago I did a quick-clean of the freezer. I was looking for something in particular and food had just been thrown in.
It is a chest freezer, so it has lots of room.
I was very pleased to find some Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream! It was from my birthday. I thought the kiddos had eaten it all several weeks ago. But no, it was put in the freezer and buried with other food!
Tonight I am thankful for my left-over birthday ice cream! I just finished it tonight. It has been a delicious surprise! I won’t buy it all the time – because then I would eat it all the time!
