I drive a lot. For several years I was at 40,000 miles per year. I think last year I was closer to 35,000 miles. Fortunately I like driving. Over the years this has been my quiet sanity time, left to enjoy the beautiful scenery around me and sort thru my thoughts.
This morning I was a passenger, for hours! I took all sorts of pictures of the sunrise at different angles, with different scenery. I think this one is my favorite. I also took pictures of a bridge and some other cool things 🙂
Tonight I am thankful for some time being a passenger. I didn’t bring my laptop. I didn’t bring my tablet. I did answer emails from my phone. But, other than that, I just enjoyed the trip 🙂
