I heard a good thing on Friday. See, I’ve been reflecting on my daily morning and evening routine for a bit now. It just hasn’t been working as well as it should for me. I have made a few different plans and tried a few different things, but I haven’t found a winning plan yet.
On Friday, a speaker talked about his morning routine. It is always about an hour and a half. It is always the same things, in the same order, whenever he wakes up. He does not always wake at the same time. And, he calls himself “winning” if he does his routine 5 out of 7 days of the week. Now, those two non-consistencies might be the keys to help me figure out what I need to change!!
Tonight I am thankful for a new perspective on a morning routine! Here’s to a new week with a new plan!
