Confession – I have wanted to do matching family pajamas for Christmas for YEARS! Of course the ones that I like seem to be around $40/each. $40 x 6 people equals more than I am willing to spend on pajamas for one Christmas season!
Our Christmas shopping budget is larger than it was ten years ago for sure. But I don’t know if it will be ever to the point where I will feel ok about spending over $240 (with tax) for pajamas.
Late November, the hubster and I went to Family Dollar. Their already cheaper matching pajamas were on sale Buy One / Get One Half Off!! Finally! 6 matching pajamas were a price that I was willing to pay! I would have to go back and look, but I believe it was around $14 per pajama set after averaging the price after the sale! Woo Hoo! These weren’t my most preferred pj design. But, they worked!
Tonight I am thankful for matching Christmas pajamas!! I know this is a little thing, and matters as nothing in the big scheme of things; but it makes me SO Happy!!! I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!
