This morning during a meeting with my wonderful team, we had some good discussions! We always have good discussions! Did I mention how great of a team we have at Ethos Real Estate West?
Anyway, an idea was brought up before that was mentioned in past weeks. I didn’t like the idea a few weeks ago. And I’m not in love with it now either. BUT, it is the best idea.
Sometimes I have to fight my inner child who wants to throw a fit and get her way. Today was one of those days.
Tonight I am thankful for smart team members who can see things even when I stubbornly don’t want to. I am also thankful for moments of humble clarity when I can admit that I am the problem . . and therefore, also the solution. A new layout is coming soon to the rooms at the Ethos Real Estate West office!
